For the past year, I’ve been working on Fridays loyalty program. I work with art directors to generate exciting ways to inform consumers about deals, events and rewards. The deadlines are fast and we’re always brainstorming new campaigns. It’s been one mozzarella-fueled adventure with no end in sight.
The essence of a car brand is much more than just sheet metal and vehicle claims. Writing for FIAT, Jeep and Ram Trucks has helped me hone in on each brand's unique personality. Below are examples of CRM communications I worked on that showcase these different tones.
With many hit shows on hiatus, AMC promotes classic movies during the holidays. I was tasked with creating fun social blurbs that got people excited about the movie. These posts appeared on AMC’s official Twitter and Facebook page.
Working with Mopar gave me solid experience crafting copy for point-of-sale and direct mail. The posters you see below were shipped to dealerships around the country. The goal was to combine service offers with a human voice. I also created seasonal direct mailers for Mopar that went out to Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram owners. These contained informative, quick stories on the ownership experience.
